The Olsen Update

Don't be jealous, but I have the world's best Granny!  The other day I went to my mailbox to find a package from her.  In it there were a bunch of these amazing hand stamped charms. My Granny has a friend, who owns DesignIt  that makes them, along with several other styles of jewlery.  Her work is beautiful, but these little charms imprinted with Alana's motto, "Brave", touch my heart.    The little silver one goes on Alana's medical alert bracelet, the copper with the heart is for Miss Jen ( our baby sitter who is also type 1) and then there are 4 more for my other daughters, my husband and myself.  Here is Miss Jen as she opened up the little envelope with a message from my Granny and the charm (thought she was going to cry).  It was so unexpected, but Gran wanted to let her know how much she means to our family.  Jen has been a great support for us.  She's a great baby sitter and an even better friend. This has happened a few times now.  We had been home from the hospital for only a few days when this sweet gift was setting on our doorstep.  I asked around but no one fessed up.  So I'd like to publicly thank you... who ever you are... for your kindness.
